The location was excellent and convenient for exploration.

Upon check-in, we experienced a long and confusing process that made us feel unwelcome. The rooms lack an elevator, leading to a challenging climb with our luggage up steep and narrow stairs. Additionally, the noise from the street at night was quite disruptive to our sleep.

Just had a lovely stay at Rigoletto Charm! The courtyard garden for breakfast had the best fresh pastries, and the room felt so romantic and cozy. Only downside was the check-out confusion. Overall, a great stay in a peaceful part of Venice.

The location was excellent. Very close to the ferry and train station, making it easy to explore the area. The staff provided a welcoming atmosphere and went out of their way to ensure we felt comfortable. The room had a lovely view of the landmarks, which added to our experience.

Our stay was pretty good overall. The location was super close to the train station, making it easy to get around Venice. The host was really nice and even helped us get a breakfast before our early checkout, which was a nice touch! However, finding the place was a bit tricky since the building signage was minimal.
